You can do it culture or FITRAH.
Blessed days of reconfiguring pure patterns, discipline, igniting the spirit via disciplining the body.
Eat clean. Move, breath, plenty of gratitude, get into nature, pray more.
Eat nutrient dense foods that are gentle on the gut, over eating and over drinking isn’t necessary. You don’t need much to survive. Actually you need little to thrive.
Lowe the cultural diet. Don’t abuse your breakfast with junk food, your body deserves better.
Keep It sunnah, fITRAH. Blessings to you and yours.
