Hugely looking forward to the easing of restrictions in April when I will again be offering Kambo circles. Thank you everyone for hanging in there. When this all breaks Kambo has so much to offer us all. Clearing our minds, healing our bodies, opening our hearts. Helping us get on our path, work towards our goals, finding our true life purpose. A huge welcome to all visitors to my page.
The solstice is fast approaching and with it the new moon and such an auspicious time to do ceremony. A great time to cleanse the body mind and spirit. I am now offering small Kambo ceremonies, as I can offer the medicine in a safe way, observing social distancing, in a clean and protected space. Kambo as we know boosts the immune system, clears Paneema and fear from the system, clears our vision and sets us on our path, engaging the impeccable warrior within us all.

I am still running weekly zoom drum and share nights on a monday, where we learn, sing and drum sacred songs, share our own experiences and short stories, this monday we will also be sharing poems, both self written and ones we have found particularly inspiring. 7.15 to 9pm. During the Covid lock down I have been fasting regularly and with my brother Damian Grainer have formed a fasting group. Our next group fast will be 1st to 5th July, running up to full moon on the 5th. Participants can fast from 1 to 4 days. If possible we will come together on the land to share in ceremony on the 5th, with a fire ceremony and possibly a sweat lodge. I will post the link later on this page. Limited spaces on that too.

Hi Kambo friends. Here is an ace documentary explaining the benefits of fasting. Something we can all do together via zoom when we can’t get together for kambo. Check it out and message myself or Damian Grainer for the zoom room details. The benefits are incredible. I have been fasting for ceremonies since 1996, sweat lodges, sun moon dances, long dance and drum dance. Although this isn’t a ceremonial fast per say, Damian and I are using prayer, meditation, chi gong and songs to make it more so. So in this way these fasting days are ceremonial. Damian is our technology guru, and is excellent at leading us in chi gong and meditation, he also brings a wealth of experience from his psychotherapy and counselling background. His wisdom and guidance are solid. It is an honour to work with him. I do the songs. If this video sparks your interested, then please get in touch and join us this Saturday. Keeping the love strong. Hi Kambo Friends,
I hope you are all coping with the lockdown ok and are keeping healthy and safe. Well in these challenging times when we can't come together for ceremonies, we can come together to sing, chant, meditate and make prayers. These all help. So every monday after tea, 7.30 to 9pm. I am holding a Zoom meeting, with the help of my good friend Damian Grainer, for drumming and singing, meditation and prayer. Singing the songs we use at sweat lodges and dancing ceremonies from the BPA Tradition. Its run 2 weeks now and a lot of fun too. This week Damian and I will be fasting also, having our last food on sunday evening and then breaking our fast tuesday morning. We will have zoom meetings for fasting friends, monday and tuesday morning, during the tuesday meeting we will all break fast together. Fasting is a powerful tool to detox the body, it also heightens our spiritual vision. That is why every spiritual tradition has fasting within it of some description.

After this one day fast we will choose a date (weekend most likely) for a 2 day fast, day 1 No food, day 2, no food or water, (dry fast). Tough but uber powerful. We can support each other through this, and once we break the fast on the 3rd day, then we will see the huge changes this can bring.
