It's Friday! It's almost weekend, my weekend will start late this evening after I finish some psychoeducation.

I've had such a busy week this week, and here's some feedback from Wednesdays session.

Busiest January I've had as I embark on my 6th year of my business.

Business aims and values still driving me through...

• Be passionate and knowledgeable about psychoeducation, Mental Health and wellbeing.

• Psychoeducate the nation with simple explained strategies. If we understand it we can manage it better.

A small snapshot of the psychoeducation, training, and consultancy completed over the last two months.

Demand for mental health training seems higher than ever.

We finished our last course delivery for 2025 yesterday, and we have absolutely smashed all our targets for 2025 🥳🎄

What a way to celebrate and mark our 5th year providing a much needed service to workplaces, communities, and individuals.

Can't wait to share our exact figures, but to give you a peek... We have trained more people in 2025 than the previous four years. We have worked with more organisations and expanded our offer to meet demand.

We don't tick boxes, we change perspective, and we educate and empower people to improve the mental wellbeing of others. More importantly, we encourage individuals to learn about their own mental health and wellbeing.

As we wind down for a well-deserved break, we are very excited to share our figures and all the amazing work we have planned in 2026.

We joined Natalie this weekend for a 4 hour retreat. It consisted of meditations, movement and reflection time but through journaling and talking. It was a very safe and relaxing space. Life is chaos and busy, and I very much needed some down time. This was so good I am feeling the benefits even now. I’m taking some time to process the energy, the stories shared, the gorgeous feedback and the sheer level of joy I’m feeling right now. I’ll catch up with all the messages & comments soon, and I’ll share more about what we’ve been up to, but for now… I’m going to breathe, dance around the yurt while I tidy up, and enjoy the moment, as we have finally shared this wonderful space we’ve created and it’s been everything we imagined and oh so much more 🙏🏻💚✨
