Leaving a copy of Messages From the Bach Flower Remedies in little local libraries like this is one of my favourite things to do! I like to imagine the right person finding it at the right time, reading just the right message. Like I have experienced with so many books in the past. Maybe a message will help them with a life choice, or to find some peace. Or maybe they'll take it on a whim, realise its not for them, take it to oxfam and the right person will find it there. And the beauty is I'll probably never find out!

Less social media. More books, synchronicity, intuition and chance encounters! Less scrolling. More overwhelming magnetism to a book on a shelf! Making space for magic in real life!

Ps I dropped this at Firswood Community Centre in Longford Park a couple of weeks ago. It might still be there.... There's others I leave on my travels but social media doesn't need to know. I might tell you in real life if you ask!

FIND YOUR LOCAL MP AND EMAIL THEM. (Link in bio)
A wander in my local woods today was needed to rebalance and ground. To prevent overwhelm that is very understandable in this world full of diverse experiences. The personal and collective. Questioning if I'm doing enough.

I was reminded of the serenity prayer as I walked (in the image above), it's something I return to over the years and I feel it's such a simple and important message. I felt the energy of the trees balancing my system.

I believe we're all in such different positions to action change. Sometimes it's as basic finding help to get out of survival mode. Sometimes we can do much more. When we're presented with the opportunity to do the right thing, will we have the courage to do it?

I will keep returning to this prayer I'm sure. And keep taking actions that I can. But also knowing the power of peace and presence and the impact that can have on the world.

One thing I think is possible for the vast amount of UK citizens is to email your MP and ask them to oppose the genocide in Gaza, recognise Palestine, call it ethnic cleansing and to stop selling arms to Israel. And of course you can email them about domestic matters too. They have to read them, and in my opinion the system is very flawed, but it's the system that we have, so we should use it to have our voices heard.

If you haven't emailed them before I've put a link on my linktree which takes you to a government website, pop in your postcode and you will find your mp and contact details.

Obviously there's many other ways to find the courage to change the things we can and they're widely known and available. But this suggestion is one easy step.
