Pt 3 (for those of you who are following my other pages). As the wellness part came about after the treatments & training, I already knew how important gut health was to skin care but what directed me into wellness was when I started to research about pregnancy and realised how important Omega 3 was for the body. Not only for pre and post natal development but for brain and heart health as the body doesn't naturally make it. The world is full of mental health and cardiovascular diseases, so I get why the world is ill on the western diet we consume. All this research made me want to be a better and healthier person! My fear in life is getting old, genuinely I am doing everything i can to avoid it!! Haha!! ! love life ! want to live it long and ! want to live it well... I started supplementing with Omega 3 as I want babies in this next chapter of life and I want to do what I can to support the health right from the start. Then it dawned on me how do I know what I'm taking is enough as we're all different? I offer B12 & Vit C injections in clinic, and thought it would be good to be able to test if it's needed, the quality and if it's working. Otherwise how do you know? This is important, not only for me but my clients too and that's when I found Zinzino, an independent lab testing company. I tested, my results came back that I was still deficient even after taking supplements and that's where everything stemmed from. As I continue learning I don't trust many supplement companies out there, there's so much more to it than to take a supplement. Nutrition is so important to us as humans; in order for us to work the way were supposed to, in order to have a healthy long happy life, I want that for myself and my family of course and its only right I share that knowledge and help my clients because I care about YOU too.
