Let’s talk mince!!

It’s been a crazy year for the mince with how much it has gone up in price and it’s so difficult to manage when you are at the end of the process for it

Beef prices have risen now I’d say around 35% since the start of the year and we couldn’t possible but it up that much to you guys so I understand why butchers shops shut down a lot … it’s getting harder..

but why should you stick with your butcher’s mince ???
If you buy 500g of mince from the supermarkets you could possible be consuming the meat from 4 to 5 different cows in that one packet of mince from all different countries and regions and you wouldn’t have a clue where it came from… where as butchers select there beef and know exactly what grade and where it comes from along with knowing that the beef has been treated correctly and handled in the right way from the start now for me that’s doing things right.

Just a heads up that Temp lights are on the A6 today in over hulton making the journey abit longer to get to the cabin

but luckily we’ve got another shop and it might be quicker to get to that one today if your planning on getting your weekend meats
