I’ve seen so many videos recently with butchers comparing the mince to supermarkets and it’s all true… I don’t like it personally to compare, it is what it is really! They are massive chains and we’ll never convert everyone to shopping for quality but I’d rather educate you on why it might be better for your body and your family’s

So to produce the amount of mince needed for retail supermarkets need to use a hell of a lot of cattle … so basically in your 1 packet of 500g mince from a supermarket your probably consuming the meat of around 50 different cows from all over and who knows where 🤷🏼‍♂️ you tell me.. could be anywhere

But a good butcher will know exactly where and how their mince as been treated and will all be traceable to the farm to give you the confidence that there are no injections or messing around with your mince that’s the main reason you should be using your butcher’s.
