Connection between humans is a survival mechanism and a lot of people draw positive energy from others which is crucial to form the basis of happy, fulfilling lives

In his book, Lost Connections, Yohann Hari, describes the withdrawal from humans in a social context as being a large causal factor in the incidence of depression

DRUHM positively connects people like nothing else. Breaking down language barriers, disability, psychological issues with communication and more. We allow people to speak through creative expression and to express their emotions through drumming
