New month, new tab opened in your brain…December has officially arrived.
The month that shows up wrapped in twinkly lights, festive cheer, and sometimes a side of "I'll just get through it."
If your brain already feels like 47 tabs are open, half of them frozen, one playing music for no reason… you're not alone.
Before the world speeds up, here's your reminder to slow down and check in with yourself:

This month can bring pressure, expectations, and a hundred invisible loads people don't talk about. If you're feeling overwhelmed, flat, or just not as "festive" as you think you should be, you're not doing anything wrong.
You're being human.
So here's your December permission slip:
💙You're allowed boundaries.
💙You're allowed to rest.
💙You're allowed to say no.
💙You're allowed to protect your energy and take the pressure off.
💙And you're allowed to take care of your mind as much as everything (and everyone) else.
December doesn't have to be a sprint. Your wellbeing isn't negotiable.
