Here's a couple of messages received last night after the Winter Wellness session.
It was such a positive evening with a great community.
Some of the topics discussed were: 'What tools/hacks can we use to help us get up in the morning?' 'What foods would be good to go for during winter? Both the healthy ones and the treats.' 'What/ who motivates us during winter? How can we make this more for ourselves?'
