MHA Laurel Court At Laurel Court, we provide residential, residential dementia and general nursing care for 91 residents, in homely en suite accommodation located in Didsbury.

At Laurel Court, beautiful shared spaces, well-provisioned private rooms and an attractive location combine to make an ideal home for individuals who are looking not just for residential or nursing support but also for the kind of person-centred care that makes them feel valued and respected. This purpose-built home, with 86 places, is set in a residential area in Didsbury, Manchester. Laurel Court’s fine location is close to local amenities including shops, a Post Office and a church. It is also less than five miles from the thriving centre of Manchester. There are several communal lounges and dining rooms, as well as an activities room and hair salon. The extensive, well-kept gardens are a pleasant place for residents to relax and get to know each other, and many bedrooms overlook this beautiful green space. Above all, life at Laurel Court reflects the importance to MHA of quality and choice for older people. Our staff members take the time and care to get to know each resident, talking to them and their families about their likes and dislikes and personal backgrounds and stories, ensuring that each older person experiences the respect and kindness they deserve. Here, too, complementary aromatherapy is available as a relaxing way of enhancing personal well-being, and a wide range of activities, visits and events are always on offer for you to take part in if you wish. Within this environment, our Chaplain offers pastoral support to all at Laurel Court, whatever their beliefs. In these and countless other small ways, we help nurture the well-being of all our residents, continuously encouraging fulfilling relationships and positive experiences.
