The men in the don’t just look GREAT

They PERFORM GREAT

And do AMAZING things with their body

My mission from day one was stories like all of these guys!

I became a coach to positively impact peoples lives across the globe

For guys to experience how incredible their life becomes when they push the realms of health and fitness.

For guys to understand what it feels like to be strong and fit

And how much more they get from life.

You could get rich from winning the lottery…

You could go viral off one video…

You could meet your partner in a supermarket by chance…

But a fit body has to be earned

A fit body has to be built through dedication, hard work and perseverance.

Nobody can give it to you.

You can’t get fit through luck.

And in my opinion it is the ultimate form of self worth.

“It’s selfish to think about building my fitness”

If you ask me, it’s selfish of you to not build yourself into a fu***ng superhero.

The one who can show up at their best when people depend on them!

And does things people look at in owe.

There is few better feelings than knowing we are building an army of FIT FOR PURPOSE legends inside the EMA

Men and women who want to be the best version of themselves and smash life!

To all past, present and future ladies and gents that rep the EMA badge with pride, you’re my inspiration

Grateful for every single one of you who continually pushes themselves beyond what you initially thought was capable

You want to know the real secret to long term success?

It’s when your accountability each days look something like
Monday - 90%
Tuesday - 30%
Wednesday - 80%
Thursday - 70%
Friday - 20%
Saturday - 90%
Sunday - 40%

But you accept and know that if it was all you could give on that day, then you gave 100% of what was possible

If you can only win on a 100% perfect day, you will lose most weeks

Stop striving for the perfect day

Or the stars to align before you do something

Because, I am telling you now… you’ll be waiting a long time for that day…

Those that win long term are those that accept life happens but continue to show up doing the best they can in that particular season of life.

Rather than saying “I’ve failed, none of this now matters, I’ll start again next week”

Do you ever feel like you’re doing everything right on paper, but still look like you workout?

You’re training hard, staying consistent, tracking your food

But the results?

Which means you’re just guessing

And I am sorry to say, guessing doesn’t get results…

Because no matter what you change, it will always feels like something’s not right

Like your body is stuck

Like once you hit 30, it was all downhill…

Like all this work you’re putting in, is leading to... not much

That’s the hardest part for most of the guys we work with

Not the effort

Not the showing up

But the constant feeling that their body should look and perform better for how hard they push it
