Trans & Non-Binary Support Group – Neurodiversity
Many people in the LGBTQIA+ community also identify as **neurodivergent**. Experiences such as ADHD, autism or other forms of neurodiversity can shape how people experience identity, relationships and mental health.
Navigating the world while holding both trans or non-binary identities and neurodivergence can sometimes bring unique challenges — including misunderstanding, stigma or difficulty finding spaces that truly understand those experiences.
That’s why spaces created **by and for the community** matter.
Be/Here is hosting a Trans & Non-Binary Support Group focused on Neurodiversity — a relaxed online space to connect, share experiences, and explore mental health in a supportive environment.
These sessions are designed to create safe, engaging spaces where people can connect and learn from each other.
Community conversations like this can help reduce isolation, strengthen belonging and support wellbeing.
