I specialise in building long-term resilience using methods that work for you. This allows you to take new ways of being away and apply them to your life now and in the future. My therapy services are available virtually (via video or telephone) to clients across the UK or face-to-face in a beautiful, discreet rural venue with excellent transport links. My therapy room is a comfortable space where you can bring yourself and unpack whatever is happening to you in the safe knowledge of working with someone with experience and training to enable you to relax and focus on whatever you want to bring to therapy. I offer a FREE initial 15-minute consultation. This is an excellent time for us to get to know each other, discuss your therapy experience, and, most importantly, address any fears you may have about the therapy process. With a rich tapestry of 25 years of experience, I have supported individuals and groups in improving Mental Health and Wellbeing in various sectors. My varied background allows me to tailor therapy to individual needs, ensuring that I offer a client-led approach rather than using a one-size-fits-all therapy model.
