I’ve been invited to join my musician friend soniqTub for a 90-minute journey of energy and sound. Together we’ll weave angelic healing with a deep soundscape to recharge, realign and restore.

As a great spiritual awakening unfolds, we find ourselves in a profound era of human evolution. Alongside the beauty of this shift, we’re also facing challenge, upheaval, and dramatic energetic changes—things we can no longer ignore, run from, or numb out.

When consciousness elevates, it brings us face-to-face with unhealed traumas, unprocessed childhood pain, limiting beliefs, and shadow behaviours.

In today’s world, AI and digital solutions offer endless “spiritual advice.” But information is not the same as wisdom. Wisdom arises from embodied experience. True healing doesn’t come from simply reading, analysing, or “knowing” what causes our suffering. Transformation happens when we do the deeper inner work: emotional processing, energetic clearing, and rewiring from within so we can act, see, and feel in new ways.

For 25 years I’ve studied with masters across the globe, immersed in ancient energy practices and science-backed therapies and been guiding others back to great balance, peace, and self love with tools that truly work and change lives.

On my own path, I’ve needed anchors: a safe space, a mentor who had walked before me, and someone who could hold space with authenticity and depth. This is what I endeavour to offer to others.
