Hi all, for the first time in 4 years this room will be available to rent full time from the 1st Jan 2026, please feel free to share and pass onto anyone who maybe interested.
situated in the quiet area of the clinic on the first floor, toilets available on both floors, a kitchenette also available, big waiting room, it does have a reception area although unmanned unless the specific business within the clinic brings one in themselves.
chairs/tables in the pictures are just for show. The room will be a shell, although I do have a hydraulic treatment couch for use (if needed) and various chairs/tables etc that can be written in to the contract.
