Wow, what an amazing experience. I have had the honour of leading the management team at Window Supply Company over the past 4 weeks. We explored how we could use emotional intelligence to reduce conflict.

We completed our last session yesterday and the feedback has been phenomenal. Thank you Jo Coyne and John Sheridan for trusting me with your teams.

What an amazing week I have had, family celebrations amazing clients and topped off by a wonderful 1st yesterday.

With support from EVH Ltd - Supporting Social Employers 44 mental health first aid practitioners came together in the first ever practitioner forum. Over two hours we discussed issues facing certified practitioners and collectively shared information guidance links friendship and support.
