NEW YEAR DETOX YOGA 🧘🏼‍♀️ ✨

We will focus ️on:
🌿Letting go of what no longer serves us
🌿Stimulating organs and circulation with lots of twists to aid digestion
🌿Relaxing with a Cleanse and Clear Meditation

Are you retired ?
Do you want to do some gentle exercise?
Are you wanting to get out of the house and socialise?

Yoga classes consist of:
🌿Breath Work
🌿Gentle Warming Up
🌿Postures to Develeop Strength and Flexibility
🌿Meditation and Relaxation

In my classes we don't do:
🚫Headstands❌️
🚫Acrobatics ❌️
🚫Gymnastics ❌️
🤣😂😅

We even have a Seated Class for those who need a bit more stability!!!
🧘‍♀️🪑

Classes are based in Denton.
