You may or may not have made New Year fitness plans. Regardless, many of us have something nagging at us we put off and put off.... or start, then stop without giving it chance.

"I need to get slimmer", "I want to see some muscle", "I need to do something for my mind", "I'm stressed", "I'm eating crap all the time" and so on.

One decision, one message, a partnership, might be all it takes.

"But what if it doesn't work?"

It probably will if you apply yourself well enough, for long enough.

And there's worse things you could be continuing meanwhile.

Worth a go don't you think?
