If you’ve been feeling a bit stuck lately… you’re really not alone 💛

Sometimes life can look okay on the outside, but inside it feels heavy, overwhelming, or just not how you want it to be.

You might be finding yourself:
• overthinking things more than usual
• feeling drained or a bit lost
• unsure what your next step is
• or just not quite like yourself

Over the past year, I’ve been working closely with young people in a school setting, supporting them through their own challenges—and it’s been a real reminder of how much we all need space to be heard and understood, whatever our age.

That’s the space I offer.

Gentle, 1:1 coaching for women who need somewhere to talk things through, feel supported, and begin to find a bit of clarity again.

No pressure. No judgement. No expectation to have it all figured out.

Just a calm, supportive space for you.

For now, I’m keeping things simple:
• £60 for a one-off session
• £220 for a 4-week support space

Over the 6 months, I’ve taken a step back from my coaching business while working full-time in a school, supporting teens.

It’s been meaningful, eye-opening work… but it’s also reminded me how much I love holding space for people on a deeper, more personal level.

So this is me gently opening that door again 💛

I’m now offering a small number of 1:1 coaching sessions for anyone who’s been feeling a bit stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite themselves lately.

No pressure, no big commitments—just a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and find your way forward.

A little life + work update 🤍

Over the last few months, I’ve gently stepped my health coaching work into the background while I moved into a full-time role in a school, supporting and coaching teenagers. This work has stretched me, grounded me, and reminded me just how much care, patience, and presence young people truly need.

Although my business has been quieter, it hasn’t gone away. I’m still offering 1:1 individual health coaching on a limited basis, for those who feel called to work together right now.

I also want to share something close to my heart — Teen Life Coaching is coming in Summer 2026. This feels like a natural next chapter, shaped by everything I’m learning every day and by a deep desire to support teens in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
