Things you can do for that deep, restful sleep 😴🌙
– First, try to stop caffeine earlier in the day. Even if you think it doesn’t affect you… it probably does 😅
– Move your body somehow during the day. Nothing crazy — a walk, a gym session, stretching, just don’t stay still all day
– Take a hot bath at night with Epsom or Dead Sea salt + calming essential oils (lavender, bergamot, ylang ylang, clary sage = heaven)
– Keep your room a bit cooler and crack the window open for fresh air
– Put your essential oil diffuser on a timer when you go to sleep and just let it do its thing while you drift off
– Try no screens (especially scrolling) at least 90 min before bed. It overstimulates your brain sooo much. I usually read instead
– If you can, get a relaxing massage before bed — from a partner, family member, whoever’s willing 😄 Touch really helps calm the nervous system. And if you want to be properly pampered… you can always book with me 😉
– Have a calming tea with passionflower, lemon balm, lavender & peppermint — just don’t drink too much or too late unless you want a 3am bathroom trip 😆
– Do a few minutes of slow breathing in bed to calm your mind (this helps sooo much):
• inhale through your nose for 4
• exhale slowly for 6–8
• repeat 5–10 times
It tells your nervous system “we’re safe, you can relax now”
Sleep isn’t something you force, it’s something you create space for.
Slow evenings = better nights 🌙✨
