Modern life keeps your body in fight-or-flight… Seawater does the opposite.

Cold salt water triggers a rapid vagus nerve response, telling your body: you’re safe now.

The minerals (like magnesium) interact with your skin like a natural electrolyte bath, helping your body relax, recover, and shift out of stress mode.

Even the ocean air matters. Salt ions and sea mist can support easier breathing and a better mood almost immediately.

And the water pressure takes load off your joints, reducing pain and tension.

That’s why you feel different after a swim.
The sea doesn’t just relax you.
It helps your body reboot.

Most of us think massage is a treat.
Something indulgent.
Something “extra.”
But your body doesn’t experience it that way.
To your nervous system,
safe, intentional touch is biology.
It’s regulation.
It’s repair.
It’s how we’re wired.
Here’s what actually happens beneath the surface when you receive a massage:
✺ cortisol (your stress hormone) lowers
✺ oxytocin (your safety & bonding hormone) rises
✺ heart rate slows
✺ blood pressure softens
✺ muscles release stored tension
✺ circulation improves
✺ lymphatic flow supports detoxification
✺ your body shifts into rest + digest (true healing mode)
This is why you sometimes feel:
lighter
sleepier
clear-headed
more yourself
after a session.
Not pampered.
Regulated.
Your body finally feels safe enough to exhale.
Massage isn’t a luxury.
It’s one of the oldest ways the human body remembers how to come back to calm.
If your system has been “on” for a long time…
This is your invitation to slow down.
I’m here when you’re ready to drift away 🤍

Non toxic products I use on my clients (and myself as well) are free from
Artificial dyes – Can cause skin irritation and allergic reactions, especially for sensitive skin.
Fragrances and preservatives – Often contain hidden chemicals that may trigger allergies, hormone disruption, or skin sensitivity.
GMOs – May involve heavy pesticide use and raise environmental and long-term health concerns for some consumers.
Parabens – Linked to hormone disruption because they can mimic estrogen in the body.
Phthalates – Associated with reproductive and developmental issues and may interfere with hormones.
Sulfates – Harsh cleansing agents that can strip natural oils, leading to dryness and irritation.
Phenoxyethanol – A preservative that may cause skin irritation and potential nervous system effects in high amounts.
Dimethicone – Can create a barrier on the skin that traps dirt and may clog pores for some people.
Emulsifying wax – May contain synthetic additives that can irritate sensitive skin or disrupt the skin’s natural balance.
Nanoparticles – Small enough to potentially pe*****te skin and raise concerns about unknown long-term health effects.
Mineral oils – Can block pores and prevent the skin from breathing properly, possibly leading to breakouts.
Petroleum – Derived from fossil fuels and may contain impurities; can feel occlusive and clog pores.
and over 2,700 other questionable chemicals found in the beauty industry—including all 1,300+ banned in the EU.

Therefore you can rest assured that none of those touch your skin during my treatments 💖

Wired but exhausted.
Snapping at little things.
Brain fog.
Can’t sleep properly.

Shoulders up by your ears.

Shallow breathing.

Overwhelmed by the smallest tasks.

Living off caffeine.

Scrolling but never actually feeling rested.

Just… tense all the time.
If this sounds familiar, your nervous system may need some extra rest.

This is why I do what I do.
My sessions are designed to gently guide your body into the parasympathetic state… the part of your nervous system responsible for:

deep relaxation

healing

digestion

immune support

emotional regulation

Instead of pushing through exhaustion, I can help your body restore from the inside out.

Femininity isn’t something a woman has to perform.. it emerges when her body feels safe.

Trying to relax is still effort.. the nervous system doesn’t count it as rest.
Massage forces a parasympathetic shift without you doing anything.

Trying is still effort. Massage kind of cheats the system. Your nervous system just… drops.

Massage tells your body, very clearly and without words, you’re safe right now.

Things you can do for that deep, restful sleep 😴🌙

– First, try to stop caffeine earlier in the day. Even if you think it doesn’t affect you… it probably does 😅

– Move your body somehow during the day. Nothing crazy — a walk, a gym session, stretching, just don’t stay still all day

– Take a hot bath at night with Epsom or Dead Sea salt + calming essential oils (lavender, bergamot, ylang ylang, clary sage = heaven)

– Keep your room a bit cooler and crack the window open for fresh air

– Put your essential oil diffuser on a timer when you go to sleep and just let it do its thing while you drift off

– Try no screens (especially scrolling) at least 90 min before bed. It overstimulates your brain sooo much. I usually read instead

– If you can, get a relaxing massage before bed — from a partner, family member, whoever’s willing 😄 Touch really helps calm the nervous system. And if you want to be properly pampered… you can always book with me 😉

– Have a calming tea with passionflower, lemon balm, lavender & peppermint — just don’t drink too much or too late unless you want a 3am bathroom trip 😆

– Do a few minutes of slow breathing in bed to calm your mind (this helps sooo much):
• inhale through your nose for 4
• exhale slowly for 6–8
• repeat 5–10 times

It tells your nervous system “we’re safe, you can relax now”

Sleep isn’t something you force, it’s something you create space for.

Slow evenings = better nights 🌙✨
