RS Fitness Personal Trainer - Ruby Mansfield based personal trainer, nutritionist and group exercise instructor.

My aim is to change people’s life through exercise and give my clients the opportunity to view exercise in a positive light by having fun, reaching goals and seeing results. Sports and exercise has been the forefront of my life for a long time as I was a member of the Great Britain gymnastics team for 8 years, competing nationally and internationally throughout my gymnastics career. By becoming a personal trainer I hope to share my knowledge and experience I acquired from competing sports at an elite level, to enable people to achieve the goals we set together.

Prenatal fitness is BACK ✨

My specialist pregnancy fitness session will be back on the timetable from September ❤️

I’m so excited to be welcoming a new set of ladies to the studios who’ll be having their babies next year! This session is perfect for ALL trimesters and is tailored to give you the confidence to keep moving throughout your pregnancy journey 🤰🏼

The session will be Thursday evening at 7:15pm from 7th September and bookable from 2 weeks in advance ✨

When people enquire about BABYfit 9/10 times the message starts with “I’m ready to get my body back”. After a session or two I know their mindset has switched. Returning to exercise after having a baby isn’t about getting your body back, hell… your body hasn’t gone anywhere - it’s grown, adapted, changed to grow, birth and feed a literal human. You are superwoman ✨

We’re creating mindsets that are focused on:

RECOVERY
PELVIC FLOOR HEALTH
STRENGTH
MOVEMENT FOR YOUR WELL BEING
MOBILITY
ALIGNMENT

And working on all that, in a room of likeminded mums is a pretty special place to be.

Everything falls into place, but right now we aren’t focused on a body transformation. We are building foundations for a positive recovery, physically and mentally ❤️✨

I’m returning with BABYfit… and let me tell you honestly, because I would want to ATTEND BABYfit if I was just looking for something to do with a baby and this wasn’t my gym 😂 it’s a brilliant concept and an awesome class (if I do say so myself!)

Working out with your kids sometimes isn’t a choice, sometimes it’s THE ONLY way to get it done. I know, especially in these early weeks postpartum it’s difficult to find the time (and energy!) for yourself. For me, returning back to exercise isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity- and that isn’t just because it’s my job. Exercise is my escape, 30 mins to concentrate on me and MY well-being whilst still being present with my kids ❤️.

That’s why we introduced our child friendly sessions to the studio, we didn’t realise until having our own babies how hard it is to schedule necessary time for your health around busy parent life! Clay LOVES doing workouts with me, and I held Drew for the first 15 minutes today until he drifted off to sleep and put him down.

We have at least one child friendly session every weekday at and IM BACK TEACHING from next week! 👏🏼🙌🏼

My monkeys 🐒

Our child friendly sessions are so close to our hearts ❤️ before becoming a mum, I really didn’t know how much childcare could hold people back when it came to prioritising themselves and getting in some exercise! That’s why we offer child friendly classes DAILY ❤️🖤 Its absolutely FANTASTIC for your kids to see you workout and a great way to spend time together.

I’ll be starting back with Child friendly BABYfit on Monday 3rd July at 4:30pm! This particular session welcomes ALL ages of children, not JUST babies. It’s still our BABYfit session, which focuses on pelvic floor strengthening, deep abdominal activation and full body conditioning, but is available to EVERYONE ❤️✨ our other BABYfit sessions (Wednesday and Friday) are specifically for mums with babies under 3 👶🏻

I realised I had been pretty MIA on this page…. We’ve been pretty busy ❤️

We welcomed Drew (baby witton #2) last Wednesday 💙 he’s absolutely perfect.

I managed my longed for and had THE MOST incredible birth experience.

I’m excited to introduce Drew to BABYfit with his big bro in a few weeks! ❤️🖤 for now though, I’m soaking up ALL these newborn snuggles 🥰
