When people enquire about BABYfit 9/10 times the message starts with “I’m ready to get my body back”. After a session or two I know their mindset has switched. Returning to exercise after having a baby isn’t about getting your body back, hell… your body hasn’t gone anywhere - it’s grown, adapted, changed to grow, birth and feed a literal human. You are superwoman ✨
We’re creating mindsets that are focused on:

MOVEMENT FOR YOUR WELL BEING
MOBILITY
ALIGNMENT
And working on all that, in a room of likeminded mums is a pretty special place to be.
Everything falls into place, but right now we aren’t focused on a body transformation. We are building foundations for a positive recovery, physically and mentally ❤️✨
If a body transformation is what you’re after AFTER you’re healed, cool 👌🏼 we can absolutely help you with that but a healthy and positive recovery needs to be at the forefront when returning or starting exercise ✨
