🎄Top Tips for a Calm Christmas🎄
1. Take some time to take everything in….. pause, sit back, watch and observe. Be grateful and try and take a couple of moments of calm to enjoy and soak up the moment.
2. Be realistic…. It really doesn’t matter if everything isn’t ’perfect’ (what is that anyway!) try to go with the flow, whatever that looks like and remember, it’s one day and however you spend it will be okay.
3. Get outdoors… having some time outside, to stretch the legs, blow away the cobwebs or get some fresh air can be great over the holidays. We always enjoy a festive Christmassy walk or two; and
4. Make some time for yourself… amongst all the jobs, running round, wrapping, cooking, writing card, delivering people or presents, do plan some time in for yourself to recharge. A bath, reading a book or favourite magazine or podcast, take some time back for you…; and
