Tonight was our fire meditation just before the super new moon. A great way of letting go of all that no longer serves you. The simulated fire was so cosy 🔥 hope all who came enjoyed ♥️🐝

Our Pumpkin making class is now cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Good morning to everyone.

I thought I'd take this opportunity to say hello to everyone as I have been a bit quieter on here over the past 6 weeks, whilst juggling the work/life balance of being a Mum to my 4 girls and working with my exceptional clients ❤️

I'm back now with more availability to focus on supporting people in a variety of ways.

Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy is an amazing approach that uses the latest Neuroscience to help people understand more about why they feel anxious, angry or depressed for instance. This knowledge and understanding makes such a difference to the way people progress towards feeling happier and more at ease.

The Solution Focused approach means we focus on how you want things to be, rather than how you dont. Making it feel very positive, we don't need to look back to the past for answers and that makes sessions much more effective and enjoyable too.

Each session finishes with a lovely guided relaxation, which helps consolidate everything we've spoken about and it is very relaxing too.
