We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals have once again been recognised among the WORLD’s LEADING specialist centres for cardiac and respiratory care by international publication, Newsweek.

In its annual global survey of more than 85,000 medical professionals across more than 30 countries, Royal Brompton was ranked as the NUMBER ONE specialist hospital in the UK for cardiac surgery, cardiology, and pulmonology—for the fourth consecutive year.

Harefield also achieved outstanding recognition, ranking sixth in the UK for cardiac surgery for the third year running and moving up from fifth to fourth for cardiology.

On the global stage, both hospitals performed exceptionally. Royal Brompton ranked 13th in the world for cardiac surgery, 10th for cardiology, and 6th for pulmonology—the only UK hospital to appear in the global top 50 across all three categories. Harefield Hospital was also listed among the top 100 global hospitals for cardiac specialties, ranking 82nd.

He should be here carving pumpkins with his mummy and baby sister Lottie, getting ready to go trick-or-treating. Instead, all we can do is look up and think of him, our precious Ron Ron. We’ll have our pumpkins carved and burning bright for our champ . We miss him, so much 😭🎃🧡
