Hi, I’m Ashleigh founder of R&R Holistic Therapy, Reiki Master, massage therapist, crystal healer, and lover of all things energy, healing, and soul-soothing.
I’ve always believed that true healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I offer combined treatments like Reiki with hot stone massage or lymphatic drainage massage with energy work to help you feel grounded, relaxed, and more connected to yourself.

I’m also a #1 best-selling author of When the Goddess Calls, a guide to reconnecting with your inner wisdom and feminine energy.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a mum to two wonderful teenage boys, happiest on an early morning beach walk, ideally followed by a sauna and Chia Latte. I’m not one for being super serious on social media (so expect giggles over guru vibes!) but I am deeply passionate about helping women slow down, release, and realign.
