Be kind 🫶🏻
This can mean acts of kindness towards another person or more importantly, towards yourself.
Your Mental health can be massively effected by how kind you are.
Self care , showing warmth and consideration, also being affectionate but without the expectation of the return in gesture.
Acts of kindness and compassion can increase wellbeing. It can also help you overcome loneliness and isolation, build healthy relationships and improve your self esteem.
Kindness to other people helps you build a very powerful connection with not only yourself but with others.
Take everyone you meet at face value, if they are unkind or don’t behave in an appropriate way towards yourself or other people for that matter, then that is a reflection of themselves and not on you.
Random acts of kindness to yourself and others can include 👇🏻
- Appreciating the sunset or sunrise
- Do someone a favour without asking for anything in return
- Send someone an encouraging message
