There’s something really special about slowing down for a few hours: stepping away from the noise, the rushing, the doing and giving yourself space to simply be.
I’m so excited to be co-hosting this beautiful Spring Mini Retreat on Sunday 26 April at Lyddington Village Hall, a 5-hour experience designed to help you gently reset, reconnect, and feel like yourself again.
This isn’t just a yoga session. It’s a full, nourishing pause for your body and mind.
We’ll begin softly, easing in with tea, breathwork, and a grounding meditation, before moving into a slow flow to stillness yoga practice, blending gentle movement with longer, restorative holds.
From there, the day opens up into something a little different:
• A creative tea ritual & art session (no experience needed, just curiosity)
• A somatic clay workshop to ground, release, and set intentions
• A shared vegetarian lunch, please bring a small vegetarian dish to share (something simple is absolutely perfect)
• And a deeply calming sound bath to close, helping everything settle and integrate
This day is perfect if you’ve been feeling tired, overstimulated, or just in need of a proper reset.
No pressure or expectations. Just space to breathe, soften, and reconnect. Everything is guided gently, and all levels are welcome.
