Share a sound bath experience with your family at Optimum You Yoga Studio on Nov 30th. This session is created for ages 7 & up (along with their adults) to enjoy the sounds of singing bowls and gongs.

Sound therapy has been proven to support deep relaxation and reduce stress, as well as cognitive development in children.

Plus the kids really enjoy the chance to play the gongs!

🌀 Two Gong Baths coming up- Nov 18th & 25th

Experience the deep, resonant tones of multiple gongs for a 45 minute session.

These sessions also count towards requirements for my training so you can earn £5 off future sessions. Also if you are interested in participating in a sleep study supported by the British Academy of Sound Therapy, you can attend both sessions.

This session features Himalayan & Crystal singing bowls, during which, you'll be taken on a journey of scents by Laura. From earthy, grounded scents to more ethereal and back-each will match the intent of the sound.

🐾 Sounds for Paws in Stoke Albany (a short drive from Market Harborough!) - Bring your canine bestie for a sound bath made for those sensitive ears.

Canine sound baths are great for dogs with anxiety (separation), hyper activity and past trauma. The gentle vibrations help to lower stress levels and allow for a system reset if needed.

This month we have with us offering free reiki to your pups.
