✨Each sound bath has its own special moment but yesterday's session at Macmillan Cancer Health & Wellbeing Event was one I won't ever forget.

Several survivors, family members and staff enjoyed sound therapy in the afternoon and felt the impact of sound, the gentle release of emotions and physical aspects. It was truly an honor to play for the group and no words can properly express my gratitude for the Macmillan staff and all the special guests.

A big Thank You also to Christina (my fairy sound godmother 😊)and to
Manor Walk Wellness for their continued support.

🌏 Elements: 4 session series begins January 12th with Earth.

This session will focus on grounding energy, releasing anxiety and identifying ways to feel safe, stable, and connected.

Each sound bath will combine therapeutic instruments, intentional ritual and reflection that you may incorporate into your daily life.

You can attend individual sessions or book in for the whole series at a discounted rate. Payment plans also available with deposit (please DM) 🌏

Thank you to the lovely group from Rutland Parent Carer Voice at Oakham Baptist Church for inviting me to play a sound bath for their holiday gathering this week.

This session felt quite special as it was my first of the holiday season and was also the first l've had the privilege of playing in a church. The acoustics and peaceful energy made the session a magical way to start the season. Thank you 🥰
