Evening all!
We hope you're having a fabulous weekend and you're looking forward to the week ahead! Planning your workouts for the week, staying motivated, staying consistent, so you can achieve the results you're looking for!
We start our week Monday 9am Dumbbell class, focusing on functional moves with dumbbells to improve our strength at Manningford Bruce village hall, subject to numbers. Online if numbers are low. This is a low impact class and great to build bone density and our strength for all those daily activities of living.
10.30am Fitness Pilates at Milton Lilbourne Village hall! We'll be focused on our balance, strengthening our legs, glutes and core. All you need is a mat and a drink!
Tuesday evening, 6.30pm, we've Kettles at Milton Lilbourne village hall.
Wednesday morning back to Manningford Bruce village hall 9am, subject to numbers!
Wednesday evening Kettles is back at Pewsey Vale School with the lovely Kerry, who is leading whilst Amanda is away!
Thursday we're at Milton Lilbourne at 6.30pm for Kettles.
Friday morning we've dumbbells online at 8.30am.
