Catch some festive classes with us tomorrow!

Craig will be cycling with you at the Christmas Crack(er)of dawn followed by Fran festivities! 🥳

Yvonne will also be leading a Christmas Aqua class though we hope that doesn’t mean the pool will be frozen over 🥶

There’ll be more to come next week too!

Our Bank Holiday timetable is a little altered on the 28/08 which you can see here!

The club will be open 08:00 - 18:00 so there’s still plenty of time to get a good workout in (or taking it easy which is also very important 😉)

A reminder that our InsideOut area will be closed from the 18th August for it’s exciting refurbishment work! 🚧

The space will be closed for approximately two and a half weeks and all classes normally held there will be taking place in The Box 📦

This refurbishment brings:
- A much needed replacement of the floor and turf
- A designated lifting area
- Improved storage options
- New equipment available for use

We really appreciate all your patience in the meantime and we’re really excited to welcome you back to a new and improved InsideOut area in early September 🥳
