When life changed, we knew our space had to as well 🙌

What started as a one-bedroom studio (once garages!) quickly became too small for everything life had in store… so we took on something HUGE.

A full renovation project. Every single room in this beautiful family home needs work 🙃

Was it slightly insane to take this on whilst pregnant with our first baby AND running our own business?
Yes… absolutely 😂 So we didn’t.

Instead, we pressed pause for a whole year.

We created a cosy little setup to get us through- our own makeshift living room, bedroom and kitchen- until our girl was older and I felt ready to start again.

And now… the time has come.
It’s exciting, overwhelming, and honestly a little bit daunting (have you seen it?)

But we’re starting with the two rooms we NEED most: A kitchen (because life without one, especially with a weaning baby, has been painful 😅) and Daisy’s room, so she can finally have her own little space ❤️

It’s going to be a lot… especially alongside running our business… but we’re so ready for it.

Four generations, one home, one business… and a whole lot of love 🌿✨

What started with Suzanne and Chris 20 years ago has grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined.

From daughters to great-grandparents, and garages turned studios to a Summer house by the pond- every corner of Wild holds a piece of our story.

It’s not always easy juggling family life and a business… but the laughter, the support, and the little everyday moments make it all so worth it.❤️

We truly feel so lucky to live this life together- messy, busy, beautiful… and always surrounded by the people we love most.

It’s a lot yes, but we wouldn’t change a thing ✨

6 months of Daisy 🌼

In what feels like both a blink and a lifetime, you’ve grown so much.�So many firsts, so many memories, and so much love.

You might think Suzie is just a therapist…

But behind the scenes she’s also a trained aromatherapist and creates her very own skincare range which she sells in store, plus she’s a shop curator and style enthusiast and, in a previous life in Oldham, even a painter and decorator (Just like her dad!)

Which explains how our slightly tired studio has magically transformed into our beautiful pre-loved shop ✨

Fun fact… this studio has been many things over its time including a home Steph created that some how ended up on TV (4 times!) and in magazines 👀.

But that’s a WHOLE other story for another time…

Anyway, with spring in the air (and a new haircut to match) Suzie is bringing some fresh energy to the shop with more plants, new goodies and very soon… our own range of stationery and even a book (but that’s all very hush hush) 🤫 🙌

Twenty years ago our family moved to the Colne Valley with a run down bit of land and a big dream 🌿

Today WILD is a family-run wellbeing escape with 3 spas, 4 therapy rooms, a shop, plant based treats and four generations working side by side.

But the past few years have been HARD.

Like many small businesses, we’ve had to make some really tough decisions. This year we closed our kitchen and said goodbye to some incredible staff so we could protect the heart of WILD and keep this place going.

And after 20 years… we’re still here… Still fully booked months ahead. Still building something special together.

Now we’re starting a new chapter. It’s a little rough around the edges, but we’re about to start transforming parts of our Wild into something really beautiful - mostly with small budgets and a lot of elbow grease.

Through all the recent shifts and growth, you have been our support. Our calm. Our happy place 🌿

You are a star in more ways than one - and we’re not the only ones who think so. Our team will tell you. Our customers will tell you. Anyone who has ever walked through our doors and been greeted by you will tell you.

So caring.
So thoughtful.
So genuinely happy to see people.
