In Thai yoga massage and sports massage, I often see tight quads, sore knees, and stiff hips. Reverse walking is a fun, low-impact way to strengthen and mobilise these areas between treatments.
👉 Start small: 20–30 steps on a flat surface or treadmill. Move slowly, stay aware, and feel the difference.
