MYTH: to lose weight you must go hungry.
BUSTED: the whole point of Free Food is that Slimming World members never have to go hungry! Free Food is food that is low in energy density (calories per gram) and/or high in appetite satisfaction. By filling your plate with Free Food - like fruit, vegetables, pulses, pasta, rice, eggs, fish and lean meat – you'll see the pounds drop off while feeling completely satisfied 🤩.
It’s amazing how many times my members say how much they can eat and yet come in and see how many lbs they’ve lost. It’s really not hard and it’s not rocket science - however it is so nice being able to enjoy your favourite meals and still lose the lbs.
