This is a wonderful remedy that we've had experience of, as a family, first hand. My husband got a tiny metal shard in the white of his eye some time ago. The optician checked it out and told him to go to the eye casualty department at hospital, but they were closed for the weekend. So, I gave him a dose of silicea 30C to see if we could shift it before going to hospital on Monday morning. The next day he woke up and he couldn't feel the splinter anymore (it had previously been rubbing on his eyelid every time he blinked). It had been ejected from his eye and there was no sign it had ever been there. I am grateful for my homeopathy kit every day!
