This year, I have devoted over 400 hours towards studying developments in research-and have further developed a professional relationship with a number of leading practitioners in the North West. Can I “click your back into place”? Can I “sort your back out?” NO.

Can I make an honest assessment of your symptoms, and treat you/guide you through rehab? Usually, YES. If I think you need onwards referral will I explain to you the process? YES, always.

A very common cause of lower back pain can be muscle and tendon strains, or ligament sprains. Being inactive can contribute, as can twisting suddenly or lifting heavy objects.
Sometimes, discs between the vertebrae can irritate the spinal nerves-resulting in sciatic symptoms (pain from the lower back into the buttock and leg-often sharp in nature).

*If you have loss of bowel or bladder control, numbness around the ge****ls, loss of strength in the legs, severe night pain or fever-please seek medical attention urgently.
