Having had 61 fights and speaking from experience, we all know what its like to finish a fight and the adrenaline wears off!
This is when the aches and pains, stifness, soreness and tightness kicks in.

This can be reduced massively with a Post-Event Sports Massage and maintains the muscle fibres after heavy trauma.

Post-Event treatments help to reduce the build up of lactic acid in the muscles, work out all those knots and loosen up all those tight muscle fibres that your going to feel tommorow!
