Anyone else getting a little tired of all this rain? I have officially entered hibernation mode, which is the perfect excuse for cosy craft projects. Embroidery is relaxing, mindful and just right for these soggy, chilly days. While winter does its grey and gloomy thing outside, I am tucked up inside adding a little colour and warmth one stitch at a time. 🧵🪡

Our story

After an art foundation course and a degree in Graphic Design, my career meandered away from the creative to the more technical side until a modern calligraphy workshop a few years ago reignited that creativity.

I find hands on crafts such as calligraphy and embroidery very therapeutic, which is one of the reasons I created my beginner embroidery hoop kits - to share this mindful craft with more people.

Born and bred in Yorkshire, I’ve lived in Newcastle upon Tyne since 2003 so a lot of my designs have picked up a North East influence.
