I've just had the most amazing experience of how the universe works in such a wonderful way. Thursday evening, I met a friend who told me they'd had EMDR therapy. I'd not heard of it before and while we chatted I forgot to ask what the initials stood for. Yesterday morning, my first client of the day handed me a piece of paper with 'EMDR (eye movement dessensitisation and reprogramming)' written on it. I was so surprised and I knew I was given it for a reason but didn't know why. This morning I was very privileged to have been given an insight into my first client's past, the trauma they had experienced and were now, more than 40 years later, still trying to process. EMDR came straight to mind; therapy which I am sure will help them and I was able to give them some details. The universe never ceases to amaze me ❤️
