I don’t often share personal things, but today I’m proud of myself.
Three years alcohol free.
Five months of steady body recomposition since June. Three stone down so far.
No insane cardio. Consistency with programmes from Shaun T Shaun T and Kim French Fitness Kim French Fitness
HRT helped me balance what was out of whack. Testosterone was a missing piece. Private blood tests, honest conversations, and a few run ins with NHS people who didn’t listen. I invested in myself because I am worth the life I’m building.
Protein focused nutrition and smart supplements that work for me. L-Carnitine, NMN, Low Dose Naltrexone, Black Maca, Collagen, Magnesium. Hydration always.
Rituals and healing that keep me centred. Deep gratitude to Ipsissima Kate Bartram-Brown and my teachers in the Modern Mystery School.
Eleven months of business transformation too. Powerful sessions with amazing clients. Teaching the next generation of massage therapists. Gratitude as a daily practice. The principle of vibration in action. You probably know it as the law of attraction. You get what you want whether you realise it or not.
Alongside choosing health over indulgence, I have received for my growth and healing: Life Activation, Full Spirit Activation, Ensofic Reiki, Crystal Magick sessions, Egyptian Aura Healing, Aura Healing, Shamanic Aura Healing, Laser Light sessions, Soul Retrieval, Meridian Healing, Cord Cutting, Fire Soul Infusion, Etheric Reconstruction, Hands of Melchizedek.
Teachings that shaped my progression and service: Empower Thyself and initiation, Sacred Geometry 1 to 5, Astral Travel, 12 Races of Earth, Journey of the Spirit, Universal Ray Kabbalah, Healers Academy 1 and 2, Ritual Master 1 and 2, Enochian 1 to 6, Viking Activation and Initiation 1 to 3, Dragon Magick.
There are a couple of things I choose to keep private. To the special people who know, thank you for the love, acceptance, and steady support.
You are WORTHY of LIVING THE BEST LIFE. Whatever you are facing, you can and will make it through. Push. Do not settle.
Note. This is my personal journey, not medical advice. If you make changes, work with qualified professionals who
