Try these 2 simple yoga moves before you even get out of bed and feel the difference immediately. Perfect for beginners, no equipment needed.

🧘 MOVE 1 — Knees to Chest
Hold the back of your thighs or your shins if comfortable. Hold 30 seconds to decompress your lower spine.

🧘 MOVE 2 — Supine Twist
Gently rock knees side to side 5 times, then hold each side for 20 seconds to release the deep spinal muscles.

Most modern yoga classes teach Sun Salutation purely as a physical warm up but the classical version includes 12 sacred Sanskrit mantras, one for each pose. This is the traditional and complete way Sun Salutation was always meant to be practised as a moving meditation and prayer to the sun. Each mantra carries a different quality of solar energy. 8 Isometric Holds You Should Do Every Week

Most people train their muscles. Nobody trains their tendons and that's why injuries keep happening.

These 8 Isometric holds build :
- Muscular endurance
- Joint Stability
- Tendon and connective tissue strength
- Injury proof your body from the inside out

Hold each for 30-60 seconds depending on your level.
