The last few weeks of summer are here. Before we say goodbye to sunny days and long evenings, I’ve been ticking off my “before summer ends” checklist.

Yesterday’s spontaneous trip to Bournemouth had it all. Soaking in the sea and sun, a picnic by the shore, walking barefoot on warm sand and a few moments to just sit and take it all in.

My summer checklist is almost done, and I’m loving every bit of it.

Yoga came into my life as a practice and became my path. It has given me direction, deepened my awareness, and lifted me in ways I never imagined.

It’s where I found stillness when everything felt loud. It’s what helped me feel whole in body, mind, and being.

Today, on International Yoga Day, I honour the journey so far and all that’s still unfolding. Grateful for every teacher, every pause, every lesson.

May we all keep moving toward light with love, grace, and presence.
