Two months into strength training under a certified and qualified PT, and I’m noticing the difference, barbell from 10kg to 18kg 🏋️‍♀️, dumbbells from 5kg to 10kg, and my confidence growing alongside ✨.

Strength at this age isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about choosing better. Choosing consistency over excuses, choosing movement over discomfort, choosing habits that support your long-term wellbeing.

A mix of yoga, running and strength training has changed my energy, clarity and confidence.
