Join me this December for Yoga at Castlethorpe Village Hall.

Do you need an hour to yourself to reconnect, recharge, and refocus?

We have two more sessions left this December – Wednesday 10th and 17th – and they will focus on a deeply relaxing “take a moment for yourself” class.

Expect gentle, longer-held postures along with calming breathwork to help you feel grounded, rested, and restored.

This class is open to everyone, whatever your level of mobility or experience. You’re invited to move in a way that feels supportive and right for your body.

Come along, feel nourished, and arrive in the holiday season feeling calm and centred.

Join me this December for Chair Yoga at Deanshanger Village Hall!

Enjoy a warm and welcoming class that blends gentle seated exercises with standing movements supported by a chair. These sessions help improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall wellbeing, all at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We also include calming breathwork to help you feel grounded and relaxed.
