Hi I'm Ruth Scarlett, a fully qualified and insured massage and reflexology therapist with over 27 years of hands-on experience helping clients improve their health and wellbeing.

For the past 15 years, I’ve also worked as a Teacher of Holistic Therapy, supporting people of all ages and stages of there lives on their journey to balance, relaxation, and recovery.
