It's December class planning time with the help of my very pawsome assistant 🐾🧘🏻‍♀️

From tomorrow we'll be focusing on the Solar Plexus chakra, which mostly involves core work, as Sagittarius season (fire element) is well under way.

Delighted to announce I'll be at Castlethorpe Autumn fair next Saturday to talk all things yoga and promote my classes 😁

I'll also have some gluten-free baked goodies available to buy, so if you are also intolerant or even coeliac, pop by my stall next Saturday and treat yourself

📣 Attention please, I have some exciting news and updates! Please read below or swipe on the pictures.

1. The price of chair yoga will be £6 starting in October to reflect the extension to 45 minutes

2. I'm starting a new Hatha yoga class at Hanslope village hall on 2nd October. The class will run on Thursday evenings 5.30-6.30pm

3. As I'll be running two hatha yoga classes per week I thought it was a good opportunity to create a new class pass if you wish to attend both classes each week. It costs £50 and it lasts 30 days.

Thanks everyone for supporting your local small business, as being a yoga teacher is a side gig that I do for fun/enjoyment, and I never expected to have 3 classes going only 6 months after completing my training!
That's it for the time being as I'm at capacity for what I can do on my spare time. 🧘🏻‍♀️😃
