Introduction and Overview…
I'd like to introduce to you integrARTy, an inclusive, community oriented theatre company that I am presently sowing the seeds for. Creatively shaping the new beginnings of integrARTy, my present aims as a facilitator are to adopt a dynamic, organic, people-centred approach that encourages self awareness, assisting people from all walks of life to form a greater connection to others and their environments. integrARTy intends to approach creativity through exploration and play, as well as through a fusion of mediums (using personal interests such as drama, yoga, meditation, cooking, dancing, craft making amongst anything else participants bring with them). integrARTy aims to work in a way that promotes an experiential, experimental approach to group creation that allows freedom and self acceptance to be stimulated, trusting that participants will develop some form of self discovery work that is worthy of cultivating and sharing. intergrARTy intends to make community cohesion and well-being its main focus; running projects in liaison with local community groups, collaborating with education settings, charities and outreach projects.
