The reiki, meditation and coaching centre at 75 High Street Monifieth is now in full swing.
I am taking bookings for Mondays all day, and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
Would you like to benefit from the relaxation, calming, and clearing feeling of these three therapies, which I do as individual treatments, but often combine into one treatment - it is adapted to suit your needs.
My charges are £35 for each session which lasts around an hour.
You can expect a chat for a few minutes to have a look at your needs, and develop an intention for the session. Indeed the chat can develop and be very beneficial in itself.
I have been practicing Reiki and meditation for over 30 years now, and have included coaching for the last 4 years. I find that the combination not only relaxes and digs deep, but it can also set out a plan for moving forward
There is light and dark in all of life, sometimes we are the light for others and sometimes we need it ourselves. you are never the only one.
