Good evening everyone!!

I hope you’re all feeling festive! I just wanted to share some important updates about our Christmas sessions:

🎄 Wednesday Evening Club
Our Wednesday Evening Club will run as normal up to 17th December.
We’ll then take a little Christmas break, as the next two sessions fall on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. We’ll be reopening and welcoming everyone back on 7th January.

✨ Shack Disco Fridays
Our final Shack Disco Friday before Christmas will be on 19th December, with the disco returning full of New Year energy on 9th January.

🎁 Christmas Holiday Sessions
Our Christmas Holiday spaces are filling up fast, and availability is now extremely limited. If you’d like to book in, please do so as soon as possible to avoid missing out on the festive fun.

🎅 Christmas Closures
The only weekend we’ll be closed over the holidays is 27th–28th December, the weekend right after Christmas. We’ll reopen on 29th December for our festive holiday sessions.

I’m sharing this because an incredible charity in North Wales, Yourspace, urgently needs our support.

Rachel the founder of Yourspace is from the Wirral herself and has spent years supporting children, young people and adults with autism and disabilities and founded yourspace after noticing the lack of support and services in North Wales.

Unfortunately they are now at a real risk of closure.

When I was younger, my mum worked at Yourspace. I grew up seeing the compassion, understanding and pure dedication they gave to every child and family. That experience inspired me to want to run a charity of my own, supporting those with additional needs who deserve to feel supported, celebrated and have a space just for them!

That’s how powerful their impact is.

So to think they may have to close their doors is absolutely heartbreaking.

👉 Supporting Yourspace is supporting ALL organisations like ours that fight every single day to stay open.

We cannot watch another vital service close.

If you can spare anything — truly anything — it will make a difference.

If you can’t donate, please share. Awareness matters just as much.

✨ Let’s stand together so Yourspace can stay open — not just for today, but for every child who will need them tomorrow.

Your Space is in danger of closing. This fundraiser will cover our overheads so we can continue our vital support for children with Autism.

💫 Magical Christmas Eve Grotto Adventure at the Shack! 🎄🎅

We decided… what better way to help our superstars truly feel the festive magic than for Father Christmas to arrive early on Christmas Eve! 🎅💫

Each grotto slot is completely private, giving your child precious 1-1 time with our elves, Father Christmas, and even the Grinch—who you might bump into on the festive trail to the grotto! 😉💚

For £20, your child will receive a thoughtfully chosen present, picked especially with their interests in mind, reminding them that Father Christmas is always watching, learning, and celebrating everything that makes them unique. 🎁✨

Because this is a private experience, you’re welcome to bring as many loved ones as you'd like to share in the Christmas cheer. If you’d like to bring siblings along, just let us know so we can make sure there’s a sprinkle of magic ready for them too! ❄️❤️

To book your slot, please email me directly—sessions are limited due to the private nature of the grotto.

All funds raised will go directly into improving the shack, helping us add more sensory equipment and kickstart an exciting new year! 🌟

Thanks to Equilibrium CIC, we’ve been gifted tickets to see Peter Pan at the Gladstone Theatre, Port Sunlight on Friday 5th December at 6pm!

This is a private charity performance generously provided by the Gladstone Theatre, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity!

It’s the perfect way to kick off the festive season and celebrate with our amazing families who support us year round, and our team will be there on the evening to offer any extra support needed—helping make the experience as smooth, enjoyable, and magical as possible. ✨
