We'd love to invite you to a special Yoga & Reiki workshop we're holding on Sunday, 10th November at Soul Barns in Mortimer. This workshop will be a beautiful blend of yoga practice and Reiki healing—designed to leave you feeling balanced, re-energized, and deeply relaxed.
We’ll start with a gentle yoga flow to open up the body and connect with your breath, followed by a calming group Reiki session to help restore your energy and bring a sense of peace and wellbeing. Whether you’re new to these practices or already familiar, it’s a wonderful way to take time out for yourself in a peaceful, nurturing space.
