World Mental Health Day 2025 💚

The theme this year is ACCESS TO SERVICES, highlighting the need for accessible mental health support.

The hardest thing can sometimes be taking the first step in reaching out to get a bit of help. It is of course a journey of ups and downs, but you will realise the benefits are worth it 💜

Each year within my workplace, I run a wee group initiative to support this charity which runs in conjunction with social work, identifying kids who are unlikely to receive from Santa. We buy gifts and drop off to the site in Glasgow where the charity then distributes to the children.
