Spring Awakens Day Retreat 🌿

I enjoyed a day off on Sunday and visited Earthen Holistics at Maws Craft Centre 🌿

On Monday my clients shared how beautiful scent the of these essential oil salts were during their treatments, honestly they are divine!

“Wellness Within” & “Spirited Adventure” have officially launched the first of many collaborative Adventures for 2026 and beyond — and what a day it was!
Families came together in the heart of the woods to explore a unique blend of Yoga, Bushcraft, and nature connection. From mindful movement to hands-on woodland skills, both children and adults immersed themselves in a day full of learning, laughter, and fresh air 🌲

It was a glorious day at Spirited Adventure yesterday for the Adventure into Wellness Family Woodland Retreat 🌳🌿

Families joined James & I for a peaceful day of fresh air, Bushcraft Skills, Woodland Yoga, Axe Throwing, Nature Art and tending to the fire 🔥

Embracing the sunshine, having no external distractions and simply enjoying nature and family time... It was truly magical 🔆

Crystal Healing energy treatments ✨

Crystals emit energy, as all matter does, our body can interact with this energy known as the Piezoelectric Effect.

In a Crystal Healing Treatment, you are settled & comfortable wrapped in blankets on the treatment couch, with a heated blanket and cozy pillow.

I guide you to relax the body and immerse into the gentle environment with a flickering candle, incense, essential oil sprays, calming music and sound chimes.

Working intuitively I will select crystals to help cleanse, recharge and balance your energy systems, the nervous system, the Chakra & Aura ✨ Crystals are placed on the body, Crystal Gua Sha's may be gently rolled on the face, Crystal wands used for directional healing.

Crystal Healing may help to alleviate anxiety, enhance sleep quality, support the nervous system, release physical tension or pain, bring a sense of balance and clarity to your thoughts, release emotions, cleanse energy that you carry, enhance intuition and help you connect further into your spiritual journey.

✨Sessions are 60 minutes and you can choose any of the below treatments to compliment the Crystal Healing at no extra cost (included into the 60 minutes):

Empowered Woodland Woman Retreat 🌳

A full day retreat in Spectacular private woodland in Monkhopton, Shropshire 🌱

As women, many of us are seeking to build new skills that perhaps we have never been taught or could access before. We feel passionately about sharing these skills and experiences.

Have you ever learnt how to shoot a gun, throw an axe, truly release rage but also embrace the beauty of the earth, the trees and nature all around us?

This day retreat has two themes... EMPOWER & HEAL 🙏

What to expect:

Opening Circle gathered around the Fire starting with a Sacred Tea Ceremony

Bushcraft skills in group work- building and starting a fire

Axe throwing for rage release

Learn how to Shoot an air rifle

Cooking evening meal together on the fire (bring food to share such as meat/halloumi/veggies)

Standing Stretch beneath the trees

Tree Circle - 'Drumming for the Earth' (bring a drum, rattle, your voice or simply your energy!)

Evening Starlit Sound Bath

Closing Sharing Circle

James from Spirited Adventure and Emily of Wellness Within have created this unique and varied day retreat coming up on Friday 8th May.

You don't need to have any experience, we are here to guide you.
For those travelling from afar, we can also recommend local camping sites so that you can fully immerse into the day and weekend ahead.

This land has been nurtured and cared for by James, who hosts a variety of bush craft and survival skill events. It's not open to public walkers therefore we have security, privacy and freedom during this retreat.

The land also holds a special and meaningful place in my heart and soul, it is where I grew up and have centuries of ancestors living and working this land, I feel their presence each time I visit.

Warm Bamboo Back Massage 🙏

Starting with the Tapotement stick tapping all over the body to begin releasing tension, relaxing the nervous system and allowing blood to flow into the muscles ahead of massage 💤

Using the warm bamboo sticks to roll over the back, sides of body, up and around the shoulders and neck 🙏

The rolling motion helps to release tense Fascia to help reduce stiffness, aches and poor flexibility 🧘‍♀️

Adding in the combination of a flicker flame candle, gentle music, natural massage oils and a calm environment 💤

I enjoyed a soul nourishing gentle Yoga practice by myself this morning while enjoying complete quiet, no music or guidance, just an intuitive practise alone 🙏 and grounded at the end with my Reiki Drum 🥁

It was magic 🌻
