Cold Water Therapy

Teams and organisations love doing cold water therapy with us!

Not only do they learn incredible breath work techniques to take home and practice to reduce anxiety, increase sleep, and feel incredible!

They also get to experience our two all Natural cold water plunge pools, Both located in incredible settings!

Both our Woodland Pluge Pool, and Mountain View Plunge Pool leave you feeling like you could be anywhere in the world! Just on Cardiffs door step!

Team Bushcraft and Survival

Getting teams away from the office, off of the laptop, and into the wilderness is number one to Well-being.

Having teams complete a task together, bond as a group, and experience something out of the norm is the key to creating a tight knit and highly functioning team.
