It’s World Menopause Awareness Day 2025 today and I wanted to celebrate the coming together of 50 women to share their experiences of peri menopause, menopause and post menopause by writing a book together called Wise Women Don’t Whisper, a No 1 best seller on Amazon after it’s release on 1st October.

I am offering 3 menopause specific hypnotherapy sessions for the special October price of £200 to support women as I was, through this time in their lives.
