At Christmas it’s easy to get swept up in more, more, more — more gifts, more sugar, more noise, more plans. For children especially, all that excitement can feel magical… and overwhelming at the same time.

🎄 One-to-one moments: listening, cuddling, laughing, massage
When we pause, breathe and truly be with our children, we help their nervous systems settle, emotions regulate and joy land more deeply. Calm moments create space for gratitude, connection and memories that last far longer than any toy.
